Results
We have no published hotel case study yet. Here is what we can show instead.
This site launched in September 2026 and the first hotel accounts have not had their six months. Rather than borrow a hospitality result from somewhere or invent one, this page carries the real results from other trades that used the same method, stated with their caveats, and a worked example for a hotel that is labelled as exactly that. When a hotel result exists with Search Console and property-system numbers behind it, it goes at the top of this page, with the owner's permission and the caveats beside it.
Real results, other trades
The same method, on businesses that are not hotels
Listing first, then the site's conversion path, then pages for specific searches, then reviews, then the numbers read monthly. Every figure below comes from Google's own tools or from a measurement you can repeat. No client names, no testimonials, no counters.

A vehicle remapping client in Chester, new site and Google listing Launched July 2026; figures at the end of August | Third in the map pack for its main money search by week five, from unlisted. Clicks from Google up 500 per cent, 30 days on the 30 before. Mobile speed 98 out of 100. | Search Console and PageSpeed Insights | Percentages from a standing start flatter; the click numbers are real but small. The competitive search is still outside the top ten. |
A tuning business with an existing site built elsewhere One week of work, 2026 | Mobile speed score from 65 to 96, with the largest image and the duplicated area pages fixed in place. No rebuild. | PageSpeed Insights before and after, on the live site | Speed is immediate and verifiable; ranking effects from the same work take months and are not claimed here. |
A recording studio in Wrexham and a translation agency in Varna 2026 | Technical and AI-readiness passes: crawlable, indexed, schema graph complete, answer-first pages, AI crawlers allowed. Both score 100 on our own AI-readiness check. | Quence, our audit tool, and Search Console coverage | A pass is a foundation, not a booking. It is listed because it is the same foundation a hotel needs before an assistant will name it. |
Our own niche sites, including this one's siblings August and September 2026 | Half of a new 22-page site indexed within four days of launch, the rest within the fortnight, with per-page sitemap dates and a clean schema graph. | Search Console page indexing report | Indexing is not ranking. It shows the technical baseline works, which is the part we control. |
Worked example, not a client
Worked example: a twelve-room hotel, what we would do and what we would report
Everything in this box is made up to show the method and the numbers we would put in front of you. It is not a client, it is not a forecast for your property, and it carries no review or rating markup.
The starting position we would write down
- 12 rooms, 65 per cent occupancy, £115 ADR: 2,847 room nights and £327,405 of room revenue a year.
- 60 per cent of nights through OTAs at 15 per cent: £29,463 of commission a year.
- Name search: price list shows Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com, no official site.
- Room pages: no rate; booking engine opens a different-looking site; total appears at payment.
- Reviews: 41 on Google, last one four months ago, none replied to.
What the six-month report would contain
- Official-site entry live in the price list from week two; booking-link clicks from the listing counted monthly.
- OTA share of room nights, twelve months rolling, month by month, from the property system.
- Booking engine funnel: guests reaching rates, choosing a room, paying, and where the losses moved.
- Search Console impressions and clicks for the specific-search pages published, page by page.
- Review count, rating and reply rate on Google and Tripadvisor against the three properties above.
- Nights moved to direct, multiplied by the commission avoided, against the fee. The number we ask to be judged by.
What we would not put in it: a ranking position for “hotels in the town”, a testimonial, or a projection of next year's revenue. The calculator on the pricing page does the sums above with your own numbers.
How we measure a hotel
The same numbers you can see yourself
- Your property management system for room nights by source, twelve months rolling. The first line of every report.
- The booking engine's source and funnel reports for where direct bookings came from and where guests dropped out.
- Search Console for clicks, impressions and indexing, per query and per page. We share the property with you.
- The Google listing's own performance report for calls, directions, website clicks and booking-link clicks.
- PageSpeed Insights for speed, mobile first.
What you will not find here
The things that are easy to fake
- “Ranked #1” screenshots for searches nobody makes.
- Testimonials with a first name and a stock photo of a lobby.
- Counters: properties served, room nights delivered, years combined experience.
- A hotel case study we do not have. When we have one with numbers, it goes at the top of this page. Until then, the results above are the honest evidence of the method, and the worked example is labelled as such.
The report itself
Two pages, on the first of the month
What we did. What the numbers say, with the two or three that look odd explained rather than hidden. OTA share and nights moved. What we refused to touch and why. What happens next month. What we need from you, usually photographs and the review ask at check-out. If you want to see a real one from another trade with the client's details removed, ask on the quote form.
